- Facilitate direct booking via the OwnerRez software
- Must not have links to online booking sites on their website, i.e., Booking, com, VRBO, Airbnb, etc.
- Must have a minimum of 5 reviews and an average start rate of 4.5 or higher
- Have a mutual referral link to Stay at 30A on your website
